Chapter 1 : Responsibilities and obligations to customers

Realize the value of delighting customers.

  • 1. Respect for Customers

    We shall always strive to realize customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services that customers are satisfied with and can trust from the customer's perspective.

  • 2. Protecting Customers

    Protect the interests, safety, and information of customers and do not engage in unfair behavior toward customers.

  • 3. Quality Management

    We shall respect customers' opinions and actively utilize them to improve quality and services, and contribute to the creation of customer-impressed value through quality management.

Chapter 2 : Fair Competition and Trade

We shall pursue common prosperity through fair trade and mutual cooperation.

  • 1. Fair Trade
    • (1) We shall establish mutual trust and cooperation with our suppliers and pursue common development through fair trade.
    • (2) All transactions with business partners shall be conducted in accordance with the principle of voluntary competition with equal participation opportunities guaranteed, and shall not engage in any form of unfair behavior using a superior position.

Chapter 3 : Basic Ethics of Employees

    Executives and employees shall perform their duties fairly and safely by strictly separating public and private affairs.

  • 2. Creating a sound corporate culture
    • (1) Employees shall share the corporate philosophy and sympathize with the core vision and values pursued by the company, and faithfully fulfill the mission assigned to each of them in accordance with the company's management policy.
    • (2) Employees shall create an autonomous and creative organizational culture based on active cooperation, smooth communication, mutual respect and trust among colleagues and related departments.
    • (3) Employees shall perform their assigned duties to the best of their abilities and in a fair manner and comply with all laws and regulations related to their work and the company's regulations, including employment rules.
