WWT/Recovery System

WWT/Recovery System

WWT/Recovery System provides facilities to treat wastewater generated from various business sites to meet customer requirements, and suggests ways to reduce environmental load and operating costs by using wastewater recovery and reuse facilities.

Applications

It is applied to treat wastewater from industries (food, semiconductor, manufacturing wastewater, etc.) or reuse it for other purposes.

Process

Provides reliable wastewater treatment through inorganic treatment/biological treatment/post-treatment according to wastewater characteristics.

  1. 01
    Waste Water
  2. 02
    Inorganic Processing (flocculation /
    precipitation processing)
  3. 03
    Biological Treatment (aerobic /
    anaerobic processing)
  4. 04
    Final Processing
  5. 05 Reuse
    05 Discharge
STEP 01
Inorganic Wastewater Treatment Processes

It involves injecting flocculants into the wastewater to form flocs, which are then subjected to sedimentation.

This effectively removes a variety of impurities, including suspended solids (SS), fluoride (F), and phosphorus (P).

  • Inorganic wastewater treatment equipment: reactors, sedimentation tanks (SEDIMAX), chemical dosing equipment, filters, etc.
STEP 02
Biochemical Treatment

Biological treatment using microorganisms attached to a carrier, which has a high MLSS to reliably remove to reliably remove dissolved organic matter in a small space.

  • Aerobic Treatment Process: BM-SK/BP-SR (Aerobic Carrier)
  • Anaerobic treatment method: BS-TK (anaerobic carrier)
STEP 03
Final processing

Suspended solids from the biological treatment process are removed through solid-liquid separation, and depending on water quality or site operating conditions, additional filtration and adsorption facilities are installed for final treatment.

  • Solid-liquid separation units: Pressurized flotation basins (FLOMAX)
  • Filtration/adsorption equipment: sand filter, activated carbon tower
Other wastewater treatment processes
(high concentration nitrogen treatment)

A process that separately treats highly concentrated nitrogenous wastewater containing ammonia, which is removed through deaeration and chemical reactions.

  • Ammonia Removal Equipment: Membrane Ammonia Stripping (MAS)
The reuse process

A process that treats suspended solids and ionic substances in raw water (wastewater) or wastewater treatment water to recover treated water for industrial use.

  • Suspended Solids Removal Equipment: Ultra Filter (UF), Chemical Dosing Equipment
  • Ionizing substance removal equipment : Reverse osmosis membrane (RO)
