Cooling water reuse facilities[CTBR]

It effectively recycles the blow-down cooling water to minimize drug usage and optimize the system.

1. Continuous high purity pure water is available

Equipped with KCDI® (Kurita Electric Continuous Deionizer), there is no need for chemical regeneration and neutralization facilities.

Continuous operation is possible because the ion exchange resin is always electrically regenerated.
2. Full automatic operation with one button

The touch panel installed on the main control panel enables simple operation and daily management.
3. Compact, simple local construction

Since the control panel, RO, KCDI®, pump, piping, valve, etc. are compactly stored in one skid, local construction only needs to connect the unit, piping, and power.

In addition, commissioning and inspection are conducted at our factory before shipment, so it is convenient for on-site commissioning.
4. Reduced environmental impact

Since no recycled chemicals are used, the load on the environment is reduced.

In addition, energy saving of pump power is realized by adopting inverter and ultra-low pressure high flux membrane.
5. Combination with separate products to meet various needs

To remove residual chlorine in the water supply, an automatic activated carbon filter can be combined with the front end.

Higher grade pure water can be obtained by combining the Makuace® KC-H type of the subsystem at the rear end.
